At Bid Deals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

1. Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right, you must notify us by email at Support@biddeals.shop within the 14-day period.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided (order confirmation or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers).

  • Personal care items (e.g. opened cosmetics, underwear).

  • Custom or made-to-order products.

  • Digital downloads or gift cards.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at Support@biddeals.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.

Important: Do not return items without contacting us first.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at Support@biddeals.shop.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

8. Consumer Rights
